Introduction to Meditation (Online)
In the three week course, both beginners and experienced meditators alike will have the opportunity to come together and enjoy a brief philosophy talk with longtime meditator and Yoga Acharya (teacher) Akaram White. After the talk, the group will spend time in guided meditation and reflection. Each of the three weeks will highlight a different aspect/ style of meditation and tool for deepening our inner experience.

Our next retreat will be June 27-29, 2025. These retreats are incredible opportunities to connect with other like-minded individuals, take some alone time for self-reflection and introspection, and separate from the demands of daily life. All while deepening your experience and understanding of Yoga and Meditation.
